What is the diagnostic service fee?
The standard diagnostic visit is $85. We explain the fee before you confirm an appointment. If you approve a repair, the diagnostic fee is credited toward the repair total.
Do I need to find the model number?
Only if it is easy for you. A model-label photo helps us prepare, but you can request a visit without one.
Is my appointment confirmed when I contact MTECH?
No. A MTECH team member confirms your service address and appointment time with you.
